Hey, I’m Mish, strength coach, psychological life coach and a co-host on the podcast Returning to One’s Self.

I help women unlearn unhelpful social conditionings, let go of self-sabotage and reach a place of radical self-acceptance. When it comes to strength coaching, I’m very passionate about helping women overcome their doubts and fears and guiding them through everything they can be capable of.

Hey I’m Ella!

 

I started my fitness journey with a pair of 5kg dumbbells in my living room and I’ve been back squatting ever since. 

 

I’m obsessed with getting stronger and helping other women get stronger too!

Through my own fitness journey, I’ve realised how much more exciting it is to focus on what your body can do, rather than what it looks like and I’m here to help you celebrate that.

Hi, I’m Emily! Like many women, I started my fitness journey as a ‘cardio class, carb-cutting clown’.

 

I found strength training seven years ago and haven’t looked back! I started coaching to help women build confidence and find the freedom to live a balanced lifestyle. I’m all about people enjoying the exercise they do and encouraging important fundamentals, like strength training and compassion!

 

When I’m not in the studio, you’ll find me teaching Dance Fitness classes, and eating croissants.

Hey i'm Hatty. I'm a lifting enthusiast, nutrition coach, and menopause consultant. I also teach Bikram and Yin yoga, and host the "Real Menopause Talk" podcast. I have two daughters, three cats, a husband, and a cockapoo named Dennis.


Discovering lifting later in life sparked a passion for nutrition as a source of energy and power. As a coach, I love helping others experience the transformative benefits of building muscle at any age.


Feel free to ask me about food, menopause, training, or anything else! And yes, I do have a weakness for salted dark chocolate. 😉

Hi, I'm Kati, All about encouragement, not punishment.

Having lived in the hamster wheel of diet culture for many a year, I found lifting and it helped me finally break that cycle. It taught me the power of going slow and building a set of small but powerful habits that I could use across my life and not just in the gym.

You will find me in the studio either chit-chatting or taking 2 hours to finish my own session!

Hi, I’m Yas,

​I started lifting a decade ago during a low point in my life, and I had no idea how transformative it would be for me both physically and more importantly, mentally. Before I started to lift I would go to the gym full of anxiety, get on a treadmill and leave as quickly as I could. Lifting gave me a level of confidence, resilience and empowerment I didn’t believe was possible so I just had to share it! So I became a coach and made a career out of empowering as many women as possible through the magical movement that is lifting. You’ll either find me under a bar hip thrusting or at a bar ordering a spicy margarita!

With over 10 years of experience as a trainer, I’ve developed a unique approach to fitness, blending various disciplines to create dynamic and personalised sessions for my clients. My gymnastics background brings a creative and original twist, while bodybuilding has honed my focus on precise technique. Strength and conditioning taught me the importance of periodisation, and Pilates deepened my understanding of posture, pelvic alignment, and breath control. I see fitness as a celebration of the body’s capabilities, while constantly seeking out new challenges to push both myself and my clients toward growth and discovery. Hey! I’m Hayley! I’m an ex-dancer turned personal trainer, I started my coaching journey 7 years ago and fell in love with helping people mentally and physically! My speciality is flexibility and weight training and I love how weight training positively transformed my mind so now I just love helping women feel amazing about themselves and confident!

Hi! I’m Leoni,

 

Personal Trainer, Strength and Conditioning and Running coach. I specialise in helping clients gain confidence in the gym and improve their athletic performance. My coaching style goes beyond aesthetics and I believe that training can transform you both physically and mentally!

I started training and playing sport in my late 20’s, and I can whole heartedly say that discovering Rugby, running and Strength Training has changed my life. 

I believe whether you are new to the gym or looking to refine your athletic abilities, I am here to support you every step of the way!
