How does the programming work? Our programming is designed to maximize your progress over a 16-week block, divided into three phases. We strategically incorporate various sets and rep ranges to optimize your strength and muscle growth. Each session is a full-body workout, ensuring optimal frequency and covering all movement patterns. This approach promotes muscle development, strength gains, and toning—and we can't resist giving some extra love to the booty! Our programs are low-impact and scaleable to all fitness levels. Best of all there are no burpees! Instead, we focus on effective, enjoyable exercises that deliver results without with minimal effort. You really can do less and gain more.
Do you help with weight loss goals? While we don't push weight loss goals, we can support you in reaching them sustainably if it's something you desire. At Lift Studio LDN, we take an anti-diet culture stance, promoting a holistic approach to well-being rather than quick fixes. Unlike "12-week shreds" or "weight loss challenges," our personalized plans are designed to set you up for long-term success, not failure. We collaborate with you to develop an individualized action plan that includes mindset work, nutrition guidance, and improving your relationship with food and your body. Our ultimate goal is to empower you to feel confident, healthy, and amazing in your own skin.
Do I need weightlifting experience and do I need to be fit already? Absolutely not! You don't need any prior weightlifting experience or a certain fitness level to join us. Our training is designed to be adaptable, accommodating everyone from absolute beginners to intermediate level lifters. At Lift Studio LDN, we create a judgment-free environment where you can train confidently and comfortably, free from comparison. We're here to guide and support you every step of the way, no matter where you are in your fitness journey.
How do the sessions work? Our sessions are designed to be effective, focused, and enjoyable: ✓Personalized coaching: With a maximum of 6 people per coach, you'll receive individualized attention and support. ✓Optimal session length: Each session lasts 1 hour and 15 minutes, giving you enough time to properly execute your big lifts and rest between sets. ✓Full-body workouts: Each session covers all major movement patterns, ensuring a well-rounded workout that targets every muscle group. This approach allows you to make the most of your time at Lift Studio LDN, with expert guidance and a carefully planned program to help you reach your goals.
Will I have support? At Lift Studio LDN, you'll not only benefit from our expert coaches' guidance, support, and encouragement during sessions, but also the cheer and motivation from your fellow Lift members. You'll be welcomed into our vibrant and supportive community, where we share tips, tricks, successes, and struggles in our dedicated WhatsApp group. Together, we'll lift each other up, celebrate our victories, and tackle any challenges that come our way. When can I start? We have intakes at the start of every program to ensure you get the most out of your time with us. The next program will start w/c 29th April.
Why don't you offer single sessions? We believe that progress comes from consistency, and that's why we don't sell single sessions. Whether you're looking to improve your form, gain muscle, or build strength, regular practice is essential. A 16-week commitment provides an optimal timeframe for making fitness your priority and experiencing the benefits of our programming. Focusing on one aspect of fitness at a time allows you to make significant progress without feeling overwhelmed. By dedicating 16 weeks to your goal, you'll have ample time to achieve results and establish a solid foundation. Once you've made those gains, maintaining them will be surprisingly easy.
